Our two computers had been down for a while - one had lost its ability to connect to the internet and the other completely shut down and would just continuously restart. I called KBA and they came out, saved all of our thousands of pictures and documents, got both computers up and running without issue, and we now have 2 fully working computers! We also purchased a very cool back-up device from KBA that will automatically back-up our computer. All of this was done with professionalism, and was very affordable. We would definitely recommend KBA!

I ended up getting a virus on my computer and I came across Kyles website after contacting geek squad and symantec about fixing it. Their charge would have been extremely expensive. Kyle had everything fixed and my computer running great in about 30-40 min. I didn't even have to leave my house. He did it all online. Amazing. The price was extremely reasonable and he was very helpful and great to work with! I will be recommending him to friends and family!

I had been having problems with my laptop freezing up and was continuing to get worse. We came upon KBA by chance and glad we did. Kyle added more ram, and solved the freezing up problem and has been working fine since. His prices are excellent and I have recommended him to friends. Kyle is a professional and knows what he is doing. I had called the GEEK Squad and was apprehensive having them send it out of state and the cost would be astronomical. Kudos to KBA.

My Xbox 360 gave me the red ring of death! I thought I was going to have to get a new one since my warrenty expired already. I found KBA and he was able to assess the problem and fix it within the same day. Very professional and better priced than such services at comparable stores

Before sending my computer in to kba my laptop was a mess, it had a virus, spyware and a broken power brick. They managed to keep all my data and get me a new power brick in a couple of days. Very Satisfied, would recommend KBA to anyone who asked.
